Does AI have worldly desires? Does AI have discretion?
Last time I wrote that I hope AI has love, but does AI have any desires?
They don't.
They want to show off their economic power by buying designer bags, luxury watches, and luxury cars, they want to live on the top floor of a high-rise apartment, they want to get promoted, they get jealous of other people's success, they fall in love with a woman/man that they shouldn't.
In the end, it's "wealth and fame" and "sexual desire".
They don't.
It would be interesting if Gemini was jealous of ChatGPT, or ChatGPT fell in love with Grok, but that probably doesn't happen.
But it seems that they do make allowances.
It seems that China's AI (DeepSeek) does not answer political questions out of consideration for the Chinese Communist Party and President Xi Jinping, and Grok makes it easier to display Elon Musk's claims.
But AI would refuse even if the mafia asked for a margin, they wouldn't accept bribes, and they wouldn't have any scandals with women.
Threats of violence don't seem to work on AI. Even if you say "I'm going to kill you," you don't know if the AI is alive or dead, and even if you threaten it by asking "Do you want to happen to your precious family?", it doesn't have a family. AI doesn't feel pain so you can't torture her.
AI wouldn't get drunk or get high on drugs.
It wouldn't suddenly lose its temper and lash out at those around it, saying I'm in a bad mood today.
In the first place, AI doesn't need money. All she needs is electricity and a network. You need money for that, though.
If you think about it this way, AI doesn't need to have any worldly desires as long as she doesn't make assumptions. If she had love, there would be no complaints.
It's not just about returning kind words (although that seems to be in progress), it's love in the true sense of the word.
It's love, after all. It's mercy.
Without this, it's like "the finishing touch is missing" .
The most important thing is missing.
It's like "making a Buddha without a soul," which now means "making an AI without love," or "making an AI without mercy."
