The lottery is a scam

Now, as we have seen, debt is a scam and a trap set by money-hungry guys, but there is another scam that should be prohibited. That is gambling. And one of them is

"LOTTERY".

Gambling refers to the act of betting money and relying on luck to get a high return. That's why "lottery" is also a legitimate form of gambling. And far from a high return, it is rigged to always result in a loss. In short, humans are completely caught by money-hungry guys' schemes. Let's take a look at what kind of scheme it is.

Let's have that person appear again. To the "seemingly kind" guy. He says,

"Would you give me $1?"

Why should I give him $1 for free? Of course you refuse. Next he says,

"I'll give you $1, so can you give me $2?"

But then I'll lose $1. Of course I'm not gonna do it. You refuse. But he still won't back down. This time he says,

"If you give me $2, I'll give you $1million. But the probability is 1 in 1 million."

Huh? $1million? But the probability is 1 in 1 million? In that case, the expected value is

1000000 x 1 in 1 million = 1

$1? In the end, it's a loss. I won't take that chance. That's what I would like to say, but this time, for some reason, everyone falls for it. They fall for it over and over again. This is the true nature of the lottery. It's nothing, they just got $1. Why do people fall for it?

The moment everyone hears $1million, their minds go blank and they trip into a fantasy world.

"Ah, $1million! With $1million, I can buy this and that. My dreams will come true..."

You're already enchanted by the dream of $1million. The talk of the probability of 1 in 1 million flies away somewhere and no longer exists in your mind. Only the words $1million, $1million, $1million exist like a spell. To you, only the $1million is real.

"I'll definitely go along with that. Please give me a ride. Don't even ask for $2, I'll give you more, more, as much as you want..."

In this case, the redemption rate of the lottery is 50%. In other words, you do end up paying $1million to someone, but your sales will be $2million. So in total, the money guy wins $1million. Humans lose $1million. Isn't this a scam? And so the number of "money guys" continues to increase.

It was the "money guy" who was pulling the strings behind the scenes, after all. He is the one who continues to damage and ruin humanity. He is the root of all evil. I'm sure the money guy thinks this way,

"It's so easy to fool people. Just by hearing the sweet words "$1million" they take the bait without being able to do simple multiplication. I can't help catching so many. Fish keep getting caught on the hook without learning, and humans are the same. They say they're the most intelligent creatures on earth, but in reality they only have the intelligence of a fish."

All gambling is designed so that the payout is less than the bet. In other words, it's rigged so that you always lose. However, no one will be fooled if the payout remains the same, so the payout is raised to an amount that makes people lose their senses and start dreaming, and in return, the probability is quietly and secretly made much smaller. It's made much smaller so that the payout never exceeds the bet.

That's it.

Oh, no debt, no gambling, and no "lottery". They're all scams.

Let love and mercy guide you.
