The obligation to be happy

We have a duty to be happy.

Being happy is not a "right" but a "duty."

Your life does not belong to you alone, as it exists upon the sacrifice of countless lives that you have eaten.

Your life has been entrusted to you by countless other lives.

Therefore, if you are not happy, those lives will not rest in peace.

Don't be depressed, look firmly forward, and live with hope.

Then you will be happier than anyone else.

So how can we become happy?

This is the biggest question in life, an eternal theme and challenge for humanity!

I started this blog with the intention of writing and thinking about it at length, but somehow just thinking about "eating" brings up feelings of regret and gratitude at the same time, and I am filled with sadness but happiness at the same time.

I'm not sure if I can continue this way, but I'll just see how far I can go.

Let Love and Mercy guide us

It's true that God and Buddha sacrifice their lives to save us. It's literally true. And every day, in such close proximity. Just having life is an incredible blessing, miracle, and grace. We didn't realize it at all, we took it for granted, and complained all the time. We were simply ungrateful.

Let's start with gratitude.

And even though that seems like it might suddenly become the goal, I'll try a little more.

Let Love and Mercy guide us
